Project Overview
- What I’m building: I’m building a CDS Hooks service to assess sepsis risk.
- Why I’m building it: I need to provide real-time clinical decision support.
- Why it matters: This helps healthcare providers identify sepsis risk earlier.
Current Progress & Methods
- I finished Phase 0 through Phase 3. In Phase 3, I implemented governance protocols and performed an algorithmic fairness audit. I added conditional blocks to handle sparse demographic data during the audit.
- I am currently in Phase 4. My focus is on Step 4a, which involves assembling the repository and syncing artifacts for the FastAPI CDS Hooks Service deployment. I’m setting up the
/cds-servicedirectory and copying model files into it.
